This 3-day intensive course combines the Gallup StrengthsFinder tool with MIT’s 24-Step Systematic Approach to Entrepreneurship to provide you with a comprehensive approach to starting and launching a business. The course starts with looking at who you are as an entrepreneur. It then shows you how to use your assets in forming a business idea and provides a step-by-step process for getting from idea to launch. The course lets you take advantage of research done with 25,000 startups to identify what leads to success versus ending in failure. If you want to stop relying on trial and error and stories from other entrepreneurs, and instead build your new business venture using a proven process for success, this course is for you.

In facilitating this course, Kevin draws from his 25+ years of professional experience working for Fortune 500 companies, start-ups, early stage companies, and SME’s across the globe. He has launched and runs 3 companies of his own, 2 in the USA and 1 in India and consults with a variety of start-ups and early stage companies. Kevin is passionate about cross-cultural partnership and collaboration and has worked in over 25 countries while visiting over 50. He has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering from Illinois Institute of Technology, a BA in Liberal Arts from Wheaton College, and an MBA in International Business and Entrepreneurship from DePaul University.
